乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染嚴重危及人類的健康,全球約有20億人口感染,其中每年因HBV感染引發乙肝、肝硬化和肝癌死亡的人數約有120萬。在中國,超過80%的肝癌患者均同時伴有HBV感染。HBV主要通過接觸受感染的血液或體液進行傳播,大多數通過血液感染。

VariantBaits? HBV捕獲試劑盒基于HBVdb基因組數據庫進行探針設計,由LC Sciences專利技術μParaflo®微流體芯片合成的高質量RNA探針覆蓋HBV(乙型肝炎病毒)基因組全長(~3.2kb)。HBV具有八種基因亞型(A-H),亞洲最常見的HBV基因亞型是B型和C型。本試劑盒可檢測4162種HBV基因亞型,其中B型1448種,C型1833種,D型880種。
