VariantBaits?人全外顯子捕獲試劑盒由795,793條LC Sciences專利技術μParaflo®微流體芯片合成的RNA探針組成,總捕獲目標區域為60.66Mb,探針設計區域為62.09Mb,有效覆蓋數據庫中遺傳病相關位點,同時覆蓋主流表型數據庫如ClinVar、DisGeNET、PheGenI等。ClinVar和DisGeNET數據庫覆蓋度分別達到96%和83%,遠高于同類產品,應用于遺傳病相關的研究。
