miRNA、mRNA、降解組整合分析

背景簡介


        轉錄組-小RNA-降解組聯合分析的關鍵點是降解組的分析結果,降解組分析所用的miRNA 序列是小 RNA 測序所鑒定到的全部 miRNA,所比對的數據庫是轉錄組測序所拼接得到的序列,通過降解組測序可以獲得 miRNA 和靶基因的關系對信息。再通過miRNA-靶基因網絡調控圖可以直接展示 miRNA調控多個靶基因以及同一個靶基因被多個 miRNA 調控的情況。通過將這三者數據進行整合分析,可以挖掘基因表達過程中參與的調控機制。
